"I never plan to return to this store again. I was at this location for almost an hour and not one employee asked if I needed help. Walked right by me and not a word. When you are charging this much for items the polite thing would be to ask if you can help. You can certainly purchase these items online much cheaper that what they are charging."

"I have used the bike shop before with no problems, but I will not be returning. Sometime around March I called ahead to schedule a tune up and was pleased to learn it would be done over the weekend. Dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and swung by the next Monday morning to pick it up, only to find that it wasn't done at all, but rather in a million pieces about the shop. (This after being promised it would be done Sunday.) And instead of an apology, I was met with a very rude attitude about "being the only person in the shop" and "You'll just have to come back tomorrow." And after I leave the guy called me 20 minutes later and says it's finished, so you tell me how good a job he did. The gears slip constantly, there's squeaks and rattles I didn't have when I brought the bike in, and the best part is he used dry-rotted tubes (I'm assuming the old ones?) under the new tires I purchased, so now they're flat as a pancake. $150 down the drain on a joke of a tuneup."
