"Quickly picked up my prescription and pharmacist was very nice."

"Everyone working in the pharmacy will lie without hesitation to when they will have medications ready for pick up. Waited in the drive-through window for 22 minutes to only be told to come inside to further wait for meds that were called in yesterday. Even after calling this morning before driving to BG to ensure they were ready for pick up, I was told they would be ready in 30 minutes, and had to go through this run around. Definitely use ANY other pharmacy other than this CVS."

"Pharmacy hours always changing at the CVS Lovers Lane location Have enough employees so they won’t have to close the drive thru and/or stand in a long line to get their prescriptions ……..I am 67 years old and disabled ……last week I drove 29 miles (from my home to CVS Lovers Lane, Bowling Green, KY) one way to get my prescriptions …….when I arrived the drive thru was closed due to lack of employees……a customer just getting their prescriptions should NOT have to come inside to get their prescriptions, especially when they are disabled……..I refused to go inside……..so I returned this week to get my prescriptions ….. and again THE DRIVE THRU WAS STILL CLOSED DUE TO LACK OF HELP….. This time I had to drive around and parked to go inside…..remember I’m disabled and it’s difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle……so I went to the rear of the store to find a long line of customers (9 people in line) ………. I only seen 3 employees working in the pharmacy……one at the register……the pharmacist….and another person……. my wait was approximately 15 to 20 minutes……… this was very difficult for me to stand that long of period……even the other customers were irritated ….this broke the camels back …….. I changed my prescription plan so to be able to get my prescriptions at a pharmacy closer to home…..a pharmacy that is credible and that’s always sufficiently operated in a professional manner and the drive thru always opened during normal hours and this pharmacy is never closed for lunch………. So I suggest that CVS do a restructuring on their pharmacies"
