Walgreens Pharmacy 2385 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101

"Been going here for years now, Never changes...If you go to the drive thru be prepared to wait for 20 minutes, Like being in line at an amusement park."

"My doctor called script into this pharmacy by accident yesterday even though I usually use Sheldons. So I go to drive through and wait 30 minutes for them to get through the 4 cars ahead of me. I can’t imagine why it would take that long for 4 cars but figured would be just as slow inside. Finally pull up and they need my insurance which I provide then they inform me that I need to “pull around again or come inside because my script is not ready” I try to be calm and reply “but it was called in yesterday” to which they reply “we can’t get prescriptions ready until insurance goes through so we are getting it ready now, please pull around again or come inside” so I reply “I’ve just waited 30 minutes in this drive thru already” they just say “sorry you can come inside or drive around, I changed to waiting so should be faster” So I know I’m not waiting another 30 min in the drive thru again and maybe I’ll be served inside sooner so go inside and check in where they say “it’s being counted right now, please sit down and we will call you” where I then waited another 15 minutes. I will give credit that the ladies were “nice” so I assume Walgreens is at fault for procedural issues but I would advise to avoid this pharmacy if at all possible."

"I will preface by saying I've never used the pharmacy here, but when I've had to go inside for items, everyone has been friendly and efficient."

"I called the store and got stuck in an automated voice asking if I needed refills. No options to transfer out of the refill loop. Very frustrating. No way to speak to a real staff person. Poor customer service rating for that reason."
