"“That’s Normal Sir” said the Manager I picked up my dads prescription and left it on the table. My dad opened and saw multiple pills that didn’t match. So he called me and asked me what’s this or that. I said that shouldn’t be that way. So Sheldon’s pharmacy put 3 diferent prescription in one bottle. When I went to the pharmacy to ask question. All I was told by the manager that this is normal. I said wym? He said robotics does that and it’s normal. That’s all he told me. I said I never seen this in my life 3 prescriptions in one bottle. He kindly smiled and said have a great day. Great management, amazing customer service and perfect response. I’m being sarcastic This should never happen. I hope people don’t get wrong."
"Finally moved my Rx here today from CVS. Best decision I ever made. It’s the difference between a roach motel and the Four Seasons. I’d been putting it off because my Rx plan pushes CVS and I thought it would be a hassle to switch. It literally took 10 minutes tops to make the switch and didn’t cost any more than I was paying. Do yourself a huge favor and make the switch from these terrible chains that don’t care about customers whatsoever to Sheldon’s."
