"I had the privilege to stop in on Veteran's Day and receive a free haircut that was worth $33-39 per the pricing on the wall. I was seated with Darla. She's lively and knows how to hold a conversation. She took the time to make sure I got the haircut that I wanted. The only reason I did not rate a full 5 stars is because I think we were so distracted talking with each other, that I noticed after I left that there were 2 small patches of hair that didn't get cut to the same length as the rest of my buzzed hair (one of my sideburns and a patch behind my ear). It wasn't a huge deal, and I was able to fix it once I got home, but it should have been caught during the clean up and shoulder massage before I was allowed to check out. Nevertheless, Darla was a pleasure and I would go back to her for another haircut any time."

"Language barrier/newish (?) employee made for a frustrating experience. I had to (try to) check in even though I checked in on line. I had to explain several times what I wanted on my little guy (1 on the back and sides, hard part, no fading, and half the length of the top). She kept telling me she was going to fade the sides into the back. I would tell her I didn't want it faded and she ended up calling someone over to explain it to her. The end result was subpar. It's uneven and choppy."
