"I will preface this with saying that they’re very nice, that’s the only reason I’m not giving one star. They’re super friendly. However, the service, not so much. I got my nails painted with gel on Friday and by Tuesday, they looked like this. They started lifting after just a couple of days which is really disappointing because I’ve been getting gel for years and it’s always lasted me at least 3 weeks. I called in for a refund, or at least a partial refund, but they wanted me to go into the salon. I’m busy and it’s not very close to me, that’s an unreasonable request and I already wasted so much time just getting them done in the first place. Maybe it was just the color that I chose, but that’s still not my fault, they should get better gel if that’s the case. So if you want friendly service, they definitely provide that, but I can’t recommend getting any gel done here."

"This is my second time going to Pearl nails and I have to say I love it! I moved here from Nevada where I got my nails done for years but it was always either hard gel or structured gel manicure because I'm extremely sensitive to all acrylic products. Well since moving I hadn't been able to find any nail salons that offer with one of those services. I tried about 8 places before I was about to give up until my friend recommended I come to pearl nails. So I called and was able to schedule an appointment with Lynn who offered me their new Gel X service. I've had gel X before when I lived in Nevada so I knew that it wouldn't give me any bad reactions. I went ahead with the service and my nails came out beautiful Lynn does a great job with shaping which is super important to me. I'm not sure how the price of this service compares to a regular full set but based off what my friend told me she pays I think it is a little more expensive. However I do think its worth the cost as the first time I got the service my nails lasted 4 weeks strong. If your sensitive this service is definitely worth trying!"

"This salon is top tier. I needed a new set of nails (mine were kinda botched by another salon last week) and they were super accommodating from thr start. Kendall was so sweet, fast and my nails came out absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier, I’m looking forward to my next fill!!!"
