"First of all I asked the barber to make the back smaller and cut the front of my hair on the bottom because it was bothering my eyes. She ended up doing the right thing with the front but not the back because it was still big. I asked her to make the back ONLY small, but she ended up cutting too much on the back and all of the side hair which I didn't even ask her to cut. I even showed her how I wanted the back to look, and I barely said anything about the sides. Do not trust the Hispanic barber with the glasses PLEASE."

"I get off of work at 5:00 and rushed over there and made it at 5:20 and the lady told me that she is closed. I asked her what time she closes and she said 6:00. Then when she saw my disappointment because I rushed over there she said I'll have to put everything back out and it's going to cost $30 when she didn't even ask what type of service I wanted done... I just moved down the street and was planning on going there every week but I guess they don't want my business and I'll take it where I least feel respected and talk to like a normal grown adult."
