"Alana K is the best color stylist I have ever had in San Bernardino. She’s also the best at making my experience so fun and positive. She’s personable, professional and just the best! Thank you! I’ll come here as long as she’s here!"
"I was running late after a 14 hr workday and received the best service! Thank you Carolina! You understood the assignment and gave me a great haircut. You also followed social cues and didn’t try to chat me up … so much appreciated! This was my first visit here and I anticipate returning."
"This is a bit late but I came in a while ago. My hair went down a little above my waist. I wanted a small trim , not a legit haircut. She cut half my hair. I was disappointed but didn’t let it get to me. However, she forgot I wanted bangs but it was okay. I reminded her and I showed her a couple pics of how I wanted them or at least similar to it. She dismissed my wishes and cut my hair to look like a child. My bangs looked like Dora. It was so thick. I still tipped and I wish I honestly didn’t."
"My review is based on my experience. Carolina cut my hair on Jan. 5, 2024 and she did an excellent job! She was detailed, kind, asked for my feedback on the cut, and would highly recommend her next time you’re in"
"I am posting this review late when I got my haircut. I received my hair cut on Wednesday November 1st 2023 and around 5:15 in the evening. The young girl looked like a Latina and was tatted up from head to toe. I have had haircuts from her before but I've noticed that in the past 4 months since I've received haircuts from this hair stylist/barber her quality and workmanship have gone down including her customer service. Immediately when I walked into the salon, there was no greeting or casual conversation that I had from her. I signed in and she just told me to sit down and I asked her in the back or the front and she just pointed at the chair in the front. Sitting down she asked me what kind of haircut I would like and I explained to her what I wanted which was a high fade and an inch and a half off the top. Also do what neat and tight and a square back. The funny thing is that she didn't tuck in my collar nor did she place the gusseted paper around my neck to prevent hair from falling into my shirt. As she's proceeded to cut my hair they're pretty much was evident that she was in a hurry and she wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible even though the salon was going to be closing at 6:00 p.m. . Hair was falling in between my collar and all my work shirt and including my face what she didn't even bother to clean up or even try to make some kind of professionalism look evident. And on top of that she was just pushing my head around in certain directions without asking me in a gentle way to tilt my head to the left or right. No communication whatsoever or even a casual conversation started. Initially what she was done the haircut was messy, uneven, and just completely not exactly how I wanted. At this point my frustration with her was very evident and I try to calmly explain to her that certain areas did not look even and there was even tufts of hair that went uncut. She looked extremely agitated and frustrated and did not even apologize for I revealed. She didn't just did a quick chop and then said okay how's it look and that's when I I told her I had enough and I just wanted to pay and go. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that this was absolutely the worst haircut I got from this place and I've been going to that San Bernardino location for the last 5 years. The nonchalant and absolute unprofessionalism that I got from her reaction and demeanor look like she did not care on how I felt about the establishment and overall customer service. Years ago there was a young lady that was in charge of that place that used to wear a lot of hats and she would make sure that the overall experience and customer service from the quality of haircuts would be coming from there would be made sure that they were on point. This new group of whoever they are and whoever they think they are really are making Supercuts as a company look bad. I will have to let my hair grow out a little bit more so that way I can have it repaired in about a week or two's time. From this point on, I rather drive out of my way to go to the Highland location then to go to the San Bernardino location which is closer to my house."
