"I really dislike when you show up early to your appointment and the stylist takes an additional 50 minutes doing someone else's hair. This place schedules you for a certain time but when you show up you still have to wait a long time as if you were a walk in. I feel both the client and stylist should be on time out of respect to both parties, this place is not it. Go somewhere else if you don't have time to sit and listen to gossip for an hour for a simple 25 minute haircut."
