"Been going here for a few years now. I get a cut once every couple of months and they always have different people working. I was lucky enough to get the same person the last two times. Before that it was hit or miss on the quality. Usually pretty good. The customer service is friendly when you walk in but I've been there a few times where all of the barbers don't seem like they want to take walk ins. They have like 8 or so chairs and only ever staffed by 3 people."
"Scheduled with Vic two days prior to appointment, showed up 10:55am and waited until 11:20am for him and he didn't arrive. This is the second time I've had problems with appointments. Place gives good haircuts and shaves, but I wish they'd at least cancel my appointment or let me know if the barber I chose isn't there before I arrive."
