"I've been coming here for awhile but today I was a bit thrown off by the person threading my brows. Her hands had a very strong musk like kind of funky smell. It felt too awkward to ask her to stop and wash her hands even though that would've been the best thing to do since she was touching my face. However, I just set through it and held my breath. The smell was so strong that long after I left the spa I could still smell it. I went to the store and out to eat and when I got home I could still smell the same smell that was on her hands. Of course I immediately washed my face when I got home. I also noticed they don't change out or clean the little brushes and tint scissors they use to shape and then cut your eyebrows after threading. This bothers me because it touches face after face and I've never seen them clean it. I've seen one person get up out of the chair and another one gets in it.. the same tools are used and not cleaned and that spreads germs. I gave three stars because I'm hoping my review makes them develop more hygienic practices and also makes everyone mindful of cleaning their hands in between clients and after they eat. I'm hoping the person just ate lunch and forgot to wash their hands. Although I still wouldve liked hands to be washed after a meal before touching my face I am hoping the smell wasn't from anything worse. I really hate to leave this review because I have been a customer for over almost 7 years but I have to bring some light to these issues."

"I went in for a quick eyebrow clean up and left with two differently shaped brows. I tried asking them to fix my brows but the “fix” made it worse. I’m getting married in three weeks and don’t have time to let my eyebrows grow out to be fixed elsewhere."

"I went here on Wednesday after having been many times before. I received an eyebrow, upper lip, and eyebrow threading. This time was different because the lady not only left my eyebrows uneven, she also cut my lip and left me with acne all around where my treatment was. I didn’t want to leave a negative review so I contacted the store and spoke to someone there where they sent me to call a different number. When I did so the lady was dismissive and offered a free eyebrow threading. Thank you but no thank you. The damage was already done. I’ve never had acne in my life and she tried to blame it on my hormones instead of her own workers being unclean. This was completely unacceptable to me and even though I’ve been going for 5 years to 4 of their locations. I won’t be returning to any of them ever again. Take my advice and don’t go unless you want them to completely mess up your skin as well."
