"I will never go back here again. I had healthy nails. I got my nails done for the 2nd time in my life and afterwards they took off so much of the natural nail that they are super thin, breaking off. I didn't even get the color I asked for. I had to get what they wanted. Don't be conned by the name. Sounds fancy but the respect is not there. They ask personal questions to size you up. Their focus needs to be on their service not on judging or comparing people to themselves. I had several people working on the nails. It's irritating. What you ask for gets lost between the multiple parties. When the fake nails are ready to be removed, it's painful and they mostly try to chip it off with cuticle clippers. It's about 100 bucks for the nails, no bling at all. Then they charge you to remove it. It's better you take them off yourself by any means."

"Nails can be a hit or miss. I was coming for about 6 months straight with minor issues that were resolved. For my wedding some new guy serviced me for my pedicure and I could not walk down the aisle with shoes because my feet hurt so bad. I came back because I liked the relaxed environment (it's hard to find a good reliable nail salon) and they overcharged me and did a horrible job on my nails for a short fill and pedi I paid over $130 tip not included. Proceed with caution!"

"I would give them 10 stars if possible. My family and I did not have a spa appointment, but no worries, they kindly made time for us on Saturday, Easter weekend! Offered us complimentary coffee, tea, water or even champagne! Regular manicure, spa pedicure with coconut oil salts, foot and leg massage, and more for such a great price. Super nice, caring and OMG very detail oriented. I plan to get my spa treatments here when in the area visiting my son. What a perfect find!"
