"My son had a horrible experience with Josh today. My son walked in at 4pm left at 6:12pm and didn’t get the cut right. He showed him a picture like 8 times and my son came out so upset. Definitely didn’t look like the picture. I came because I see the owner “cristian” all over Instagram so I wanted to take my son thinking he would get a top notch cut because the owner does top notch work. However, that wasn’t the case. It’s unfortunate."
