"Very disappointed at irene Alonzo she changed hair distributor and this time around was a disappointment she charged me more and my extensions were falling off the second day. Called to fix and she lied to me telling me she had to go to the doctors I showed up and she was working on someone else mind you she had booked me to fix the issue I left my job early to make it on time because she couldn’t accommodate my time after work..be careful with this lady. Don’t waste your money here go do research and find yourself a honest hairstylist. Then she gave me attitude because I told her the “fix” didn’t work asking me what do I want her to do. (Of course fix it I had my hair done for a wedding. You can imagine my nightmare) the worse service I’ve ever received she charged $1720 that’s a lot of money for my hair to be falling out. She said she don’t want problems but other people need to know the way she works. I wish I would have been aware before! She also said she had the same issue with another client then why change hair distributor and do your clients dirty like that. All this hair falling out just by me touching it or brushing. She was also blaming her assistant and talking bad about the other girl that works there while doing my hair. Very unprofessional"
"Irene is the best!!! I have gone to her several times wanting a complete change and she gets it right every single time. She is amazing with color correction and always takes precautions to keep my hair on my head lol. She is also very experienced with hair extensions. She carries great quality virgin hair and customizes it to my needs each time. The salon is beautiful, clean and very professional. You won’t be disappointed ❤️"
