"I’ve been coming to get hair cuts with Lyby for years and she always cuts it exactly how I want it. She has a good hand for haircuts. My hair always grows back healthy. She won’t cut more than what you ask if anything she will keep asking if the length is OK throughout the cut, which I really like. I’ve seen people with long hair, get their hair chopped and they leave the salon sad because that’s not what they wanted but Lyby is the opposite. She cares about what you want and what’s gonna make you happy. I’ll continue to go here for my hair cuts."

"I was looking for a new hairdresser since mine moved out of town. June 19th, Monday I came in hair dresser IRMA was there with her mom and sister. There was no greeting. I asked her if she can give me a haircut and showed her a picture(a layered haircut). She said no problem without hesitation. After I sat down she made about 7 or 8 calls during which she said sorry twice and I answered no problem each time. The haircut took about 5 minutes, with no layers, just cuting straight, my hair looked the same only shorter. I said "This is pretty different from what I asked for." She said, "It's not about haircut, it's all about how you style it". I checked in the mirror back and forth, no way styling will help, so I asked nicely, "Could you add some layers?" She became visually upset and raised her voice, "No! Haircut is all about styling, this is all I can do!" I said, "You should have said it in the beginning." Then her face became twisted and started yelling, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY! YOU CAN LEAVE NOW!" So did her sister. I was shocked and said, "I will pay you. Stop being aggressive". She walked up to me and yelled louder, "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOW! GET OUT! GET OUT NOW OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! OUT NOW! AND DON'T COME BACK AGAIN!" You guys, it was bizarre. My mom was there too waiting for me, we were all shocked of what had just happened. The way IRMA verbally abused and threatened us was crazy. She definitely took advantage of the fact there was nobody else but her family, otherwise I doubted if she dared to do that. Last but not least, Idk if she did that not because of my race. Horrible exprerience!"

"I had major tangles in my hair and she fixed it and cut it. Now it looks great. I will be coming here once a month to majorly clean my hair and every 3 months to maintain the cut. Wasn't so hard on the wallet either."
