"I scheduled an appointment last Tuesday on open availability. My barber, Leland, told me he couldn’t accept me that day, rather, if I could come the next day he could help me. I accepted. He then told me the next day he had something come up so he couldn’t accept me until next week. He offered free service for that. I agreed. I arrived at the barbershop with no one there. He told me he had some issues he had to deal with that day and couldn’t accept me again. He offered the next day but I had to work the rest of the week. So overall I feel a bit screwed out of a haircut, understandable that things happen in life but it should’ve been communicated and overall it’s completely unprofessional."
