She was super knowledgeable and made it a pleasant experience. The piercer herself added the flat piercing to the perfect spot and I’m super happy with how it turned out. "trevor is amazing!! he did an excellent job talking me through the procedure before doing anything, and the actual piercing was pretty quick. he’s a perfectionist, which is exactly the kind of person you want aligning and doing the piercings. they have a good selection of solid gold and white gold jewelry options for ears, but hardly any septum hoop options. there are no appointments, and it’s best if you go on a weekday in the middle of the day. after 5:30pm it gets busier because people are off work. i didn’t have to wait at all, but the front desk said that saturday often has 2 hour waits and people have to wait outside. they keep the door locked and only let a few people in at a time."
