"I have been going there for about a year and so far I have not had any issues with front desk, nor the assistant nurses/dentists in the back. Most if not all my questions or concerns are put to rest after talking to them. Not sure why others have communication issues."

"I was scheduled an appointment and I advised representative that we live over a 100 miles away and if we were to come in we'd need feelings if needed same day per Chelly. When we arrived the new owner who refused to give her name was loud, rude and irate with me then after I walked out she followed me continuing this unprofessional behavior yelling I told you we wouldn't be able to do the cleaning or any fillings except for 1 of my kids and would only be doing xrarys and a treatment plan. Chelly assured me that because my kids had been there before they'd do as much work as possible and told me id just have to be here a long time except when we got here everything I was told was a lie. I said I'd never come here again so the new ownner yelled to her staff Stop don't so any work for her kids they can leave! SAD I'll never ever come here again."

"We were in town visiting family and friends when my wife had a tooth emergency. Our friend told us that we should try out SmileWorld Dental because they recently went through an ownership change within the last year. Upon that recommendation, we called in and they fit us into their schedule. There was a bit of periodic waiting during the visitation as the doctor had to check on other patients, but that's to be expected as they were kind enough to squeeze us in. This was the second incident she has had with the tooth in question within the last year and we'd seen two other dentists during that period. The other dentists all provided one solution and a pricey solution at that. However, during this visitation, Dr. Ky Nguyen, actually provided alternative solutions and gave us his honest opinion on the pros and cons of each solution. If we lived in the city, this would be our go-to dentist because it's hard to find an honest dentist that doesn't push sales over customer care."
