"Here is my experience with the treatment here. Went in for a checkup and cleaning. Found 4 spots for treatment. They put in 4 fillings. In the end 2 of them had to be redone. The first one had a bad contact to the neighboring tooth. So food got stuck in the gap and damaged the gum. They redid it. But it was still stuck, but less so. And the tooth became sensitive. The other tooth had sensitivity too. There was a crack in the filling on the X-ray. I don't know whether it was poor-quality materials or the result of shoddy work. But they offered to redo that filling too. It was redone, but I still can't chew properly. Everything is aggravated by the fact that both of these teeth are on different sides and every meal is like torture. Later Irina called me back to ask if everything was okay and suggested that I have it redone again. I decided that I couldn't be a guinea pig anymore. I went to another doctor and she found a bunch of reasons why they did everything wrong. This other doctor fixed it. Even though it cost more. But it was done right the first time and it was good. Personally, I don't plan on coming here again. And you make your own conclusions. The very fact that with 3 attempts to put a normal filling, none of them was successful and all had to redo another doctor. Money was wasted."

"If I could put a 0 star I would , horrible front desk. Liars and try upselling you for unnecessary things. They claim it was a miscommunication when my insurance clearly called them to help with my anxiety of dentist and yet I’m told the day of after I drove 2 hrs to come here because they offered the service I needed, I would have to pay out of pocket. Instead of sharing that information weeks ago when we scheduled this appointment. Waste hours of my life. Stay away from here. Front desk is entitled woman who clearly doesn’t like her job."

"Irina Gandzha is a fantastic dentist. She did everything very quickly and in one visit, she extracted my tooth and inserted an implant. I was very worried about how it would heal, but everything went perfectly. There were no inflammations or anything. I am so glad that I was able to get everything done in one visit. I only had to have the crown put on in the next visit.. So, in three visits, I solved my problem with the broken root. Doctor extracted it, inserted the implant, and put it on the crown. Irina Gandzha is a fantastic dentist. Front desk managers are very friendly"

"North Capitol Dental has done a great job with my dental work. I needed a crown for two teeth and they were prompt with working with me the best they could. Despite being rather busy at times in the dental office, the level of care was appreciated since my teeth was rather sensitive and after making the impression and temporary crowns, the permanent crowns came in and fit like a glove with no complications. Although the office is small in stature and parking is somewhat limited (more overflow parking in the back end of plaza), they will be moving to a new location in San Jose which will be more spacious and will acquire more clinicians to help with the new office. Thank you to Dr. Irina Ganzha and the rest of the staff there for their patience and hard work."
