"Gone here a couple times now, so I think I can safely write this review. I have a royally messed up mouth. severe crowding, many broken teeth, and more from my lack of dental hygiene and drugs when I was younger. I also have a lot of dental trauma from when I was a kid, meaning this is the second time ive been to a dentist as a 25 year old adult. Dr.Bui and the staff here are incredible. The staff is super nice and friendly, and Dr.Bui is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I always come in with lots of nervousness, until she shows up. You WILL be in good hands here. Recently did a root canal on my front tooth, which I had never done before and was quite scared of the procedure. She explained exactly what the plan was and what she was doing throughout the whole procedure, so I wasn't just left in the dark. The biggest bother for me was the high pitched noise of the drill and other sensory things i have trouble with. No pain. They also fight with my insurance to get things covered, which I greatly appreciate."

"Look, I’m not saying that this isn’t a good dentist. I’m sure that for regular people, this is a great dentistry! However if you have any sort of dental trauma, this is not the place to go. I went here and made sure to explain my dental trauma and my fears, as I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a long time due to it. They assured me that everything would be fine and they would be happy to see me. My first appointment went okay, as I needed some teeth removed and they referred me to a few different places. The second time, however, was not a good experience. Due to my trauma, I needed to end my appointment early. The entire time that I was leaving, I was being told that I was a “baby” and “not being brave enough” to complete my appointment. I was literally crying in the office and they continued to make those comments. When someone has any sort of dental trauma, it needs to be understood that it takes a lot MENTALLY just to GO to an appointment, and so those comments can cause someone to further delay their dental care, to have low self esteem, and to completely give up on dentists as a whole. If you have dental trauma, this is not the place for you."
