Tacos 1986

"Great for a quick snack if you’re visiting the Santa Monica pier! Got the 3 for $10 tacos with everything on it. Tasty and well portioned. Loved the carne asada best."

"Had the carne asada, adobada, and hongos quesadillas; all were really good, like awesome good, and same thing with their salsas. Something about the carne asada was different than I usually find, couldn't put my finger on it, but I liked it. The adobada was super smoky and soft; that was my favorite. The green salsa and the salsa macha were my favorites; the red was not quite as spicy as I like it, but was otherwise great, but the salsa macha was so smoky and delicious, it was the star of the salsa bar. Nothing blew my mind, but everything was so solid that this place deserves 5 stars. I will def be back."

"We both ordered the three quesadilla combo, one just steak and cheese and the other Pork Al Pastor all the way. The meat portion is big and it is well seasoned. The toppings on the pork quesadillas all came together. The steak was a little chewy, but still tasty. Their lemonades are also good. There are little kid chairs and tables which were very cute. Extremely quick service! I definitely recommend!"

"Everything was delicious. Self serve salsa from a variety at the bar. Well portioned size tacos. I got the 3 taco quesadilla w/protein and drink. Definitely would come back! My only caveat is I wish they would have totopo chips aka tortilla chips to dip my salsa and also rice! I recommend regardless"
