"I have a second stomach for NY style pizza. it doesn't matter if it's before dinner, or after dinner, or the middle of the night, if there's a good NY slice shop around, I've got room to put a slice of cheese inside me. Enter Joe's in Santa Monica...even though we'd already had a full Italian dinner nearby, here it was beckoning for us to come in...we did. I got a cheese slice. I ate it. I was satisfied. Where we live in L.A. there is a dearth of legitimate NY city slices...there's a lot of places that say "NY Style" but I mean just being round and kind of thin doesn't quite cut it. The crust has to be SUPER thin and crispy...with a good ratio of sauce and not over-cheesed. That's what you get at Joe's. It's a perfect slice of NYC style pizza...just like from back in the old country (Brooklyn.) Thanks for being their Joe's."

"Came here because of Dave Portnoy and I gotta say I was not disappointed! I ordered a white pizza, a cheese pizza and a grandma. Perfect crisp on all three but I have to rate them as follows. 1. Grandma (incredible flavor of the sauce) 2. Cheese (solid pizza) 3. White (not for me. Too garlicky) Overall 10/10 must recommend."

"Amazing pizza! Everything looked so good, so we tried it all. Delicious! Loved the garlic on the white pizza. Caesar salad and fresh grated Parmesan cheese, great dressing and fresh lettuce. Service was also top notch! If you are in Santa Monica and want a fast, affordable, delicious meal….this is it!"
