"Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional 'barber'. My mom drove my 91 year old dad for a haircut and arrived right at opening time. Door was locked, so they waited in the car in front of the shop. Around 10:30 a unkept sloppy person in baggy sweat pants with his stomach hanging out and wearing a stained tee shirt opened the door and my mom came in to ask about a haircut. She went to get my dad's walker and bring him inside. In that short time a friend of the 'barber' came in through the back door and instead of cutting my dad's hair, he took the other guy ahead of him. My mom put my dad back in the car and waited over an hour until the other person had his hair cut. She again brought my dad in and asked about the senior discount. The 'barber' rudely said there is no senior discount, just a children's discount and the haircut that used to be $25 now went up to $45. My parents walked out and will never return."

"Worst barber experience I've ever had. There was one person in front of me when I arrived and the barber took over an hour to cut his hair because they were chatting. It's finally my turn to sit in the chair and right before starting to cut my hair, he excuses himself and leaves the building (unstaffed) with me waiting in the chair. I sat there for 20 minutes before getting fed up and leaving. I was there for an hour and a half and didn't even get a haircut."

"Jamal is a great barber , he takes his time and treats each client with respect and chill conversation. He took his time to help me choose what number to cut off my longer hair and I'm glad I took his advice. My wife fully approves!"

"The best price for a great barbershop haircut and beard trim. No frills or fluff with this shop, you get in get your cut and get out. This is a good thing for me and my 3 boys. I don't need a beer when I get a haircut. Walk ins are always welcome but once you get to know your barber you can set up appointments. He is very accommodating when it comes to time slots. They open on Sunday and Monday which is super uncommon but extremely convenient for busy people. Haircut for kids 5 and up are also welcome."
