"My husband went yesterday and got his haircut. It was not at all what he wanted and the cut was aweful. I had to recut his entire head.There were chunks taken out where they shouldn't be. The barber's way to get around his cowlick was to shave it off. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Updated review: Went again recently. My previous complaint was that they didn't take walk ins and didn't tell me that until I had waited for a while (they told me I could wait, and then when I asked about how long the wait was they told me that they were booked till the end of the day... which seems like something they could have been forthcoming about up front.) This time they took me as a walk in at the 2nd Street shop. (I called in advanced to make sure they were taking walk ins.) My hair will stand straight up if cut too short but they did a good job on the first cut."

"Livermore Barber Shop was exactly what I was looking for! It’s definitely a small shop but it’s well worth it. Not only did a get a great hair cut but my barber was very knowledgable and communicated well in trying to understand what I wanted. The place also had a very fun atmosphere with great music. You could also get a nice cold beer if you were so inclined. Overall, everyone seemed very passionate and excited to be there and the people were so nice. They had a lot of great vibes and would totally recommend getting a haircut here."
