"I can not rate the haircut because I have not got the chance to get it today. I arrived 7/2/23 on time at 5:00 PM and I found the barber busy with another customer and he told me it will take him 10 minutes to be done with the customer. I was fine with that. I asked him about how much it cost to get a the haircut he told me it will cost $40 and they take cash only. I had $40 in my pocket but I thought it will be nice to add tip, so instead of waiting, I told him I am going to get some cash and come back. I went to get additional $10 from the ATM near the shop that did not work so went little far with my two sons to find another ATM machine. I went under a hot weather and when I came back, at 5:20, the barber told me "I thought you left, now you are late and I can not cut your hair." I was surprised that he did not appreciate my efforts to walk under a hot weather to get them the cash. Although he did not honor my appointment time and he was okay to be late with another customer, he did not accept me being late to go to get him the cash. What a rude person. I will never go again to this place. Horrible manners and very disrespectable. I recommend the owner of this place to talk to this barber and explain to him how he should honor the customers."
