"Unprofessional, ungrateful, and not to be trusted. I had been a regular here for about a year, and recently went in for my usual cut. Aside from her typical conversational crudeness, all seemed well... Until the end. After handing her the usual $20 from which I expected the usual $4 change back, since the price had always been $16, she took my money and barked, "$21!" I was stunned. As a regular, I would have expected a verbal warning about this before receiving the cut, or at least, out of honesty, an admission about this BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY AND THEN DEMANANDING MORE. I was stunned. However, being the good customer that I am, I am forgiving, and plus I have a habit of tipping. So instead of getting angry about her deceit, I handed her $2 with the extra dollar as a tip, after which, again, she barked while shaking her head, "FOR YOU," and handed me one of my dollars back. WHAT A RUDE AND UNGRATEFUL SNAKE! DO NOT GET NEAR THIS WOMAN WITH A 10 FOOT POLE!"

"This place has been here a really long time. She used to cut my dad’s hair. I don’t live in the area anymore but my mom still does. Took my son here today. He hates getting his hair cut because he has had bad experiences where his ear has been nicked. After his haircut today he said she was very gentle and he felt comfortable. They are very friendly. Called when they opened on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze us in."
