"Friendly and efficient while you’re in the office- but impossible to get an appointment. Any request for a new appointment or rescheduling puts you out 4+ months at least. Unfortunately had to switch dentists so that I could make my appointments work with my schedule. But if you have the time to plan ahead then Dr Kafayi would be a great choice!"

"My wife and I have been going here for a few years, and they've always taken good care of us. Really like Dr. Kafayi and feel taken care of. The only difficult part is scheduling appointments - when scheduling regular cleanings, they schedule at least 6 mos out, and then if you need to reschedule or shift you appointment - they will only schedule you for another 6months out. I don't think this applies for urgent-type dental appointments (they would get you in sooner), but it is difficult to know my schedule 6months out, and I have had to sacrifice other meetings before for fear of having to wait an additional 6 months to have a checkup."

The first time I visited I was a new member, as my health coverage at work changed and this was the first in network dental office covered under my plan. My second visit I went in on an emergency as I chipped my back molar. Dr. Kafayi quickly corrected the problem and it looked as good as new! What I really appreciate is the timeliness of their appointment scheduling. They schedule me 6 months in advance for each of my biannual checkups, and they notify me through email and text message to confirm up to a week ahead of time. Very organized, clean, serene environment, and easy to get to since I work downtown. I definitely would recommend this place to others."
