"Absolutely worst haircut you can get in Napa. Absolutely butchered my son's hair. I've never seen such a bad butcher job. Sent them out of there and hair gel spiked up and imma walk obviously to hide what he has done. Got home washed it what an absolute joke. Do not get your haircut here. "I've been here a number of times over the last 5 or 6 years and it was good. The last couple of years I have tried to come and get my hair cut but they are always closed. I am actually here right now Tuesday 4:30pm and the sign is flipped to closed although hours posted on the door says they are open until 5:30pm."
"Terrible at holding to their “open” hours. I’ve tried getting a haircut just after 4p and I have been told multiple times that they are either closed or not taking anymore customers for the day. I understand closing shop a little earlier if it has been slow, but turning away customers when you are supposed to be open for at least another hour is a bit much."
