"This place is listed as an office, but it also contains a storefront for their products. As a food service worker, I am dedicated to taking care of my feet. After a plumber friend of mine recommended Redback, I popped over to see what was up. The person behind the counter was friendly and incredibly helpful as I worked my way through their selection and I left the building very satisfied with my purchase. I also interacted with one other person in the building, who came in from another room while I was waiting for the receptionist to bring me a pair of boots to try. I was immediately asked if I was currently being helped, and that was honestly really refreshing! Great office with great people, and fantastic quality products!"

"As a chef and someone who knows good footwear these boots are poorly made. Huge tear near the sole after only 6 months. They are now trash and a waste of money. Now I get the short warranty they offer. I will spend $20 more for bloodstones and get a better boot with a lifetime warranty,"

"I found the RedBack Boot store by pure luck while in Escondido running errands. It was my lucky day!!! Small store , not an overwhelming selection of boots . Robin was very helpful . Unlike most workbook stores they had my size in every style of boot on display. I work outdoors and I have tried Redwings, Bates, and Danner boots. They last a year working in the desert heat. I purchased the Slip on Great Barrier boot. No break in time. Fit like a glove . Never had slip on boots before , after a week I had a small blister on the back of my foot. The blisters were gone after week 2 and the boots are still worn today. The stitching is perfect on both boots . One review complained about the high price of the boot. I have paid $250 for Danner boots made in USA . Garbage. Redwings $240 , soles falling off in a year! Sure they will resole them for $ 90 . I found my invoice from 11/5/2019 . It’s time to make another purchase from RedBack . I’m getting the lace up Outland boot this time.. I will add my review after wearing them a few months. You guys rock . My feet thank you."

"These are the most comfortable work boots money can buy! The quality is top notch and the staff is helpful and friendly. I have owned many other less expensive boots similar to these and the Redback boot is worth every penny! Once I tried the Redback boot I never even considered anything else and will spend the money for the quality every time."
