"Today I received excellent customer service from Angela. After checking for the heels online it showed the 2 retail stores Plaza Bonita and Fashion Valley as having them. However, upon arrival the associate at Plaza said they only had the shoe's at the Las America's location. Angela was very helpful. The shoe's were not on the floor and she had to che k in the back to hunt for them. I also saw a great pair of boots on sale. When checking out the boots were placed in a wrong location so their was a difference of price of $15. Angela however honored the price and I purchased 2 pairs. The Livia original price $98 on sale for $24 and an additional 15% off for purchasing 2 pairs. Great job Angela! Excellent service, friendly and went above to assist."

"I got a pair of beautiful heels but didn't check them out as I should of and when I got home I notice some stones were missing so I when back the next day and order a pair the lady who help me out wasn't friendly . When I ask her a question she clearly said I think they should sell boots I just work here I come to the store and work I don't know about what they sell online . That day I order the same pair online and will be pick up at the store . Today I when to get my pair of heels and this time I check them and I don't understand how they don't check them before even handling them to the costumer but the heels hada reduce of plastic or glue over some stones and the bottom of the heels had scratches and clearly look used that someone clearly used it or were damage. They have cute heels but don't worth it if the quality it's the good and the employers don't check the shoes before handling it to the costumer ."

"Terrible customer service, staff not friendly at all. Bianca or Blanca gave me the wrong size and color heels twice and I had to drive from very far away to get it changed. She even blamed me for it. Don't come to work if you don't want to work."
