"I’ve been standing in the lobby here for over 20 mins waiting for some kind of help. Employees walking past, eyes straight ahead, not a word. When I called to ask if they had a part I was looking for the guy on the other end gave one word answers to everything and his tone made it clear I was wasting his time. If I didn’t need to get this part today I’d much rather order online from ECS. Horrible customer service, assuming you can get assistance in the first place."

He took my car in that next Tuesday and had it back to me three days later on Friday. The finish looks great, the price was affordable, and he and his staff were incredibly professional. "Macario helped me out here. He’s knowledgeable and helpful but the results were not what I was looking for. As a novice aftermarket wheel buyer I didn’t know much about wheels and tires going into this experience. Unfortunately, after spending almost $3k on nice Rotiform wheels and tires I ended up with a super tucked fitment that just doesn’t look right on my IS250. The fitment might be ok for someone putting their car on air but I explained to Macario this car needed clearance for snow so that wasn’t an option. For the prices charged, small details like that shouldn’t be overlooked and I’m a bit disappointed with how the car turned out."
