DM Shoe Repair

"Really nice guy but his work ethic sucks! Took some dress shoes to get cleaned and fixed (mind you they were previously painted by a show cleaner) as soon as he saw them he said I'll have them looking like new they will be ready Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon I show up and shoes weren't even touched he said they would be ready in 30 mins, I come back and hour later and see the shoes and I'm not satisfied at all previous paint was still there in which he said that was from scrapping when walking in which was not the case, and after I told him about it all he said I can buff them more if you like! Why would I need to tell you how to do your job in the first place. He saw the dissatisfaction on my face so he proceeds to look at my sweater and make a friendly gesture of it, overall like I said really nice friendly guy but he has no work ethic."

"Needs to work with time management and communication. Update: Gave him another chance. Took a pair of boots to get resoled. He had the boots for 11 days and did nothing with them. There won't be a 3rd time."

"Took 4 pairs of soccer cleats to get the soles re-glued. Left them for a week to be worked on and came back to poor quality “glueing”. It seemed as if they had just started working on them the day before. Soles weren’t even fully re-glued. Some pairs still had turf rocks between the sole and upper, which clearly shows they did not even bother to clean them. All 4 pairs weren’t even fully glued and what was supposedly glued is forsure going to reopen in the first wear."

"DM Shoe offers great service, they made me some custom wallets, and a custom belt. They color came out perfect! I also had some shoes restored, at first I thought there was no hope but I dropped them off at DM for a final chance, 2 days later they called me up that my shoes were ready and they look fantastic I don't think anyone else could have done a better job. I completely recommend them best shoe repair in California hands down. They are also great at fixing heels if you don't believe me ask my lady!"
