"The cashier Santita kept ignoring the line that was forming and there was another cashier processing a rewards credit card but she obviously saw the line and did not react. I saw them going above and beyond for every other customer but while I was waiting they didn’t bother to interact with me. I felt judge and when I was finally helped, Santita did not seem nice, was ignoring me, and usually they tell you about their survey, but she just folded and gave me my receipt without saying a word. I did not like that. I was already waiting in line with a sprained ankle trying to shop but I just hate how they made me feel and the perception I witness."
