"I love Rainbow! However i noticed everytime i am ready to pay. The cashiers have an attitude for no reason!!!! They are not friendly at all! They will greet you when you come in but when u have a question or ready to pay They'll reply but with an attitude! No customer service skills at all! There's no need for that!"

"This store has really cute clothes and good deals but the shopping experience is so uncomfortable! The workers are rude, follow you around the store, and are constantly staring at you without even asking you if you’re finding everything okay. I came in today (5/8/2023) to find outfits for my birthday and had to walk out without buying anything because I just couldn’t focus with how uncomfortable everyone was making me feel. Mind you, I’m going on a week long vacation so I was planning on spending at least $300! But thanks to the poor customer service, I had to take my business elsewhere. I get that smaller stores like this have to watch out for potential thieves, I get that. But if the staff used their common sense they would’ve noticed that not only was I not wearing a purse, I had on a skin tight gym outfit so there definitely wasn’t gonna be any stealing from me! Cute clothes and nice store with great potential but horrible service EVERY TIME."
