"Worst experience with Ivy who did not do a good job. I asked her for gold thin trimming around my nail and when I pointed to her that what she was doing was too think, she said she would fix it later by filing it down. I kept telling her that I did not like it. She got upset and told me why I didn’t tell her anything sooner that now it would be an additional $42 to remove the gold she just put and put a different color because it would be considered a color change. On top of that she kept looking at the hour and said that she will do it but to hurry because they were closing at 7pm, she started getting irritated. So I told her “no thank you” I’ll just pay for what I already had done. When I went to the counter to ask for whom ever was in charge the girl by the name of Sue who said she was in charge started hearing me then ivy started calling her over the phone while she was talking to me, after Sue finished speaking to Ivy, sue started rolling her eyes and started getting defensive when I was telling her the story. I told sue that she did not need to get defensive as I was speaking in a calm manner to ensure that I made my point across. It was as if they were the ones that were unsatisfied with the services. So now I had to pay $84 for the nails that I hated, plus started getting an attitude from an immature young girl in the front. Maybe there are amazing great nail techs in there but avoid Ivy, I’ll just take my services elsewhere but I just could not believe the amount of unprofessionalism I encountered and bad attitudes. I told them I would write a review. I am so frustrated."

"GEL CHIPPED 1 DAY LATER! Grossly over charged for gel manicure. Charged $12 design fee for a French tip without being told. And the people at the front are rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I’ve been coming here for years, but that lady that sits at desk 5 in the morning always messes up my nails. She’s sweet and I like her but I pay too much and then to get these results. It’s the third time this happens with her. It’s annoying having to go back to get fixed specially when you don’t have time. They charged extra for manicure but my nails never look clean after."

"It was my first time coming here and it was such a great experience. Brenda, worked on my feet and she was such a sweetheart! I’ve been to many nail salons before , and I’ve had okay experiences. But my experience at diva nails was the absolute best. And you wouldn’t think so from looking outside, but on the inside it’s HUGE. Spacious. There’s tons of walking space for people to walk in and around. The nail techs talk to you and if you don’t want to talk they respect that. I’ll be coming back here!"

"Paid $200 dollars for CLAWS & CHIPPED NAILS Daughter & I went for fills, acrylic & gel as well as pedicures My nails were HORRIBLE, in over 20+yrs of getting my nails done had they ever looked so hideous! When I brought it up, I was told I should've spoken up during the service, idk about you, but typing when I say anything, the tech always comes back with "I'm not done" so I waited for her to be "done". This happened on Saturday, I was unable to have them fixed that same day because of prior commitments and asked if I could return on Monday, to which they said yes. Fast forward to Monday, I get them fixed, followed by a $35 dollar charge! I disagreed with the payment, first off, I had to return in order to get my CLAW Looking like nails that their tech F'd up, I had paid for powder ombre at initial appointment, and got polish upon repair, so I ended up paying $20 dollars! This morning, 2 of my daughter's gel nails have chipped and lost one completely. Needles to say, we will NEVER be returning! Awful customer service and even worse nails!"
