"The lady doing my nails seemed like she had more important things to do and sped through every thing, cuticles, prep, and when it got down to painting, she did a HORRIBLE job. You can literally see the layers of gel being uneven AND she got so much polish on my cuticles. The last coat dried and on 3 of my fingers you could see the bubbles and even after she looked at it, she simply asked me to put my hands under the UV again. Then left me to work on the next customer. After taking them out and realizing the bubbles were so noticeable, I sat in the chair expecting her to come back and finish the manicure. But she didn't, no words were exchanged telling me I was done. I had to wait until someone basically asked me if I was good and ready to leave to realize that the manicure was done. No communication is FINE by me only if you do a spectacular job, but this just felt rude and indifferent. I told one of the other girls and she was really sweet and fixed it for me. She's the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 1. They clearly treat their regulars differently, and if you want a nice first time experience this is not the place to go. Regret wasting money but I was in a rush and my regular girl is out of town."
