"Went in for a simple blow out styling, and turns out this stylist of 25 years didn’t have the proper tools or techniques on how successfully do her job, even after a picture was shown. The worst part is I was still charged the $35 dollar amount for a style that wasn’t even done properly or correct, and completed her sale with a, “I’m sorry.” Horrible customer service, if it were me, and had an unhappy customer, I wouldn’t of charged or atleast gave a major discount for an inadequate job especially to someone who was a first time client. If you can’t do the job up front and don’t have the tools, then say something instead of taking people’s money for a insufficient job. I walked out looking ridiculous. I will never go back nor recommend this place."
