"Ava is an Angel! I called the day before to see if she could take matted knots out of super fine curly hair and she went straight into coaching me through what to do for my mom before our appointment. Originally, we booked an hour. A client cancelled and I believe she spent 5 hours working on detangling my moms severely matted hair. I mean my mom had 2-3 matted knots and I just couldn’t help her. Ava was so patient, gentle, and we truly loved being around her. Her energy is soothing, she’s actually funny! Her studio is decorated to fit her personality! Vibrant and soothing :) Sooo thankful + grateful I found her! I’ll be calling her soon to talk over touching up my hair — thank you so much Ava, you’re true gem!"
