"I would like to say that today 12-23-22 I visited WSS to purchase a pair of sneakers and would like to compliment the young lady that helped me out she was so pleasant and professional although my size was not available she went out of her way to give me an alternative way to purchase them she really had that holiday spirit and so I purchased another pair that I was interested in and on top of that they honor our Veterans they have me hooked and for sure I will return for another purchase kudos to all at this establishment.JuanP"

"BEWARE. Although store times are indicated on the website, Google and maps, they actually close at 8:30 pm. I arrived at 8:37 pm and all registers were already closed, along with main entrance locked. I was informed by a customer service team member that I was not able to pick up an online order because it was too late. Keep in mind that I was not going to browse the store but rather just pick up one pair of shoes. Tip for future customers: Be sure to arrive at least one hour before 9 pm or you will be dismissed and risk the chance of not being attended."

"The manager was very hepful. She cleaned the white shoe for me when i saw it had a tiny dirty fingermark print on it.. And it was the only size there .. Without needing to go searching to a different store or location.. She immediately offered her services to clean my adidas that i indeed purchased after .. Which her with her service there was no need convincing to buy the shoe may i add"

"I actually called this location before I came the lady that was at the customer service desk answered and was very helpful at the reserving a very popular shoe so that my daughters can try them on I had called kids Foot Locker in Santa Ana and they never picked up the phone I went to Foot Locker at the won a park mall and they were not very helpful if either I appreciate that this store had a huge selection for my daughters to try on in respect to other brands and models"
