"I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase so the buying experience was rather quick. The store was immaculate; good sales going on including the microwave oven I purchased. I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. It's actually the only credit card I kept open for my needs - clothes for women, men, children, infants; shoes, kitchen appliances, make-up. Too bad no more jewelry."

"I’ll drive my a$$ to the other one even if it takes an extra 30 minutes. Is there managers working here? It’s like a lawless hell hole. Customer service is so bad. You ask them a question and they will give you the least amount of information. The return counter is the worst. -2 stars… I’m giving one star for the Sephora. It’s clean and they are all friendly."

"Came in to pay my bill & check out clearance. I honestly couldn't find Anything for myself & wondered "Who the heck would wear this stuff?!?" Both cashiers I encountered were nice & helpful. I did find two gift shirts for someone."

"I have always had good experience at Kohl’s except today where the woman at the register was a ‘KAREN’. Her name was Susan and she decided to make a comment about my three years old daughter grabbing a toy. As we walked to the register without saying hi she stated that I shouldn’t let my daughter just grab a toy because they never learn. So I just stopped her there and I stated that she has no right to tell me how to raise my daughter and she kept saying that you supposed to do this and that. I never thought I would go to Kohl’s to get parenting lessons that being said the line manager walked in and apologized for her. I guess regardless where you go you the change of meeting a Karen."
