"Store closes 11pm. It has hours posted on door. We went to return one item at 1040pm. The door was close. We knocked, and there were 3 to 4 employees passing by and they saw us but pretended that we dont even exist and didnt come to even tell us why they close early. They just passed by and avoided us. When i called to talk to manager, no one answered the call."
"More security "clad" than in times past. Front entrance is gated and opened to customers by a security guard. The shoe section is fenced off and has no seating for trying on shoes, like it used to. Restrooms aren't available to customers. Basically, the place feels like it's on lockdown."
"This is one of our go-to stores for mostly anything. Selection of products is very good and it's very clean. Only 2 things prevented a higher rating. First, the cashiers were few and slow. Secondly, they closed the restrooms? What do they expect their customers to do, leave the store, and come back? This is why online buying is taking over. Lack of consideration for those who keep the doors open."
"No bathroom in September 2023!! super slow cash register!!! I ended up not checking out my shopping items after 15mins of waiting inline. I figure the check out line isn’t moving at all. I saw all the cashier movements, taking their sweet time. Hey! one of the cashier was sweeping in check out area, two hours before closing time, not doing her job. It was a pretty awful experience overall!."
