"My grandmother was recently in a car accident and didn't make it through. She had bought shoes from SAS (she loved their shoes) and she had spent over $300. We found the unworn shoes with the receipt in the bag. The receipt was dated June 29, 2019 with a 30 day return policy. My mom called the store in Santa Ana to see if there was any way possible that we could get the money refunded to the card because of what happened. They said that they would. My parents went over to the Santa Ana location and they said that they were so happy and grateful for the customer service that they received. They asked me to write a review for them so that others can see that this business is amazing. They did not have to return the items (especially $300 worth AND after the 30 days)!!!
