"GO ELSEWHERE! I can't speak to the shopping experience, but their bathroom situation is totally bogus. Door to men's room is locked and needs a code, but no one is around to open it for you. Signage says to push a button for help, but no button around. When you are finally granted access, and if you wash your hands, the blow dryer doesn't work and the door gets stuck when you try to use the foot pedal, so you have to touch the door handle with your just cleaned, wet hands and get them dirty again. Great customer service, TJMaxx! Maybe you should think of the customer a but more than you think of the merchandise."

"Associates don’t know how to manage long lines and put 1 cashier while other employees are chatting. They refused to do returns only if it’s their TJmaxx location"

"terrible place to shop at. I came looking for the famous hello kitty blankets as soon as the stores opened. I checked the entire store looking for them and no luck. suddenly someone hands two blankets to a lady from the back and she rushes to check out. Very unfair to know others have an advantage and are most likely are going to resell them for a crazy amount of money. If i could rate 0 stars I would."
