"This is a very messy, chaotic location. The layout was absolutely horrible, it’s very hard to walk between the isles, or even know where everything is, because it’s so compacted and tight. In addition, the store is very messy. There are stuff all over the floor, shoes, everywhere, and that’s not the responsibility of the employee because it’s more on the customer, however, the issue was that they had those huge racks that are used by employees just placed randomly in the middle of walkways, making it nearly impossible to walk around the store. The line also stretched all the way to the back , they were very slow and everyone was complaining. It was so chaotic we left."

"Went to go look for toddler shoes and clothes. everything was mixed up, and the shoes were dirty like some dropped soda on them or had dirt from other people feet on them. There were 5 lanes open, yet the line was wrapping around the entire store. The line started from the front and went all the way to the dressing rooms, then wrapped around to the other side. Very frustrating experience. I ended up leaving empty-handed and so frustrated. Also there wasn't a single shopping cart available for me to use"

"If you choose to shop here, bring a chair, some food and water, and expect to wait in line for at least 20-25mins no matter what time or day you go. Completely understaffed all the time."

"I usually go looking for one item and come out with a cart full of items for the house, shoes and tins of clothes. The deals are irresistible. This is a busy store so expect some lines but they usually go fast."
