She gave me practical advice about my hair and lifestyle preferences to decide on the medium/long style I wanted. She suggested some options for conditioning treatments and didn’t make me feel like I had to pick one today. Everything was easy and comfortable, and she was fun to chat with. I also really loved the collaborative playlist that staff make. It was a great soundtrack to listen to during my visit. Looking forward to the next time I can update my look here :)"
