"I am extremely disappointed with the last-minute cancellation I received from Michelle Pasillas. I had been looking forward to my scheduled appointment for weeks and rearranged my schedule to make sure I could attend. However, just 15 min before the appointment, I received a call informing me that it had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. This lack of communication and consideration for my time is completely unacceptable. I will not be rescheduling with this company and will be sharing my negative experience with others."

"I tried this place one time because my Dermatologists does not do Botex injection anymore. The problem is they use such a small amount of Botex that it made no difference. They wanted me to do a follow up but I was not interest in wasting my time injecting a little here and a little there if that is what a follow up consist of Speaking in the Boutique defense.. $385.00 was quite expensive that made no difference at all, just a waist of my money. Go to a Dermatologist that will get the job done the first time. fyi this is not the first time for Botex , I have been doing Botex for 10 years."

"I had booked a consultation a while back and was led to believe (verbally and on the website) that the consultation fee would be applied to future services. When I asked later about the status of that fee (hoping to book a service and have that fee applied ), I was told that I could not apply the funds anymore—that the fee could only be applied if I had gotten services the day of the consultation. However, I was never told that—not when I booked the consultation nor when I had the consultation appt. So, I paid a huge fee to have someone give me some pamphlets and tell me I should get Botox. Terrible business."

"I love going to the treatment. Their customer service is by far the best. I was greeted by Wendy this afternoon who is magnificent. Then Mia and Nicole helped me out both of these beautiful girls were so friendly, and so professional. I felt like I’ve known them forever. Then of course I saw the best PA Annie who is not only beautiful but super nice, charismatic, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Annie went over any questions I had, she is very gentle when it comes to doing any procedure on you… I highly recommend her! Thank you treatment you guys rock."
