"i come here very often & it was my first day back today after some time as it’s winter. I usually always have a good time here it’s always very good service but today I must admit I’m not satisfied as a paying customer. I’m not sure of her name but she’s an older lady, from the very beginning she persistently tried to make me get extras when I made it clear of what I wanted which was a basic pedicure (again it’s winter I don’t need anything crazy) she was visibly upset & my normal 30-40 min basic pedicure was cut into a 15-20 minute poorly done job. I’m understanding of needing money and maybe it’s slow during these times but to have a reoccurring customer this is not how you treat them. My mother came with me and she had the same experience but her lady decided it was okay to continuously roll her eyes or make faces. Very unsatisfied today & im truly disappointed as I work all the time and I was looking for a Little pampering to feel good."

"Tony is amazing I am infatuated with my nails! Tina did my pedicure and was perfect. I had my pedi and full set done at same while sitting in their massage chairs while actually being able to laugh snd have a conversation. They were quick yet beyond efficient and gained my business. Tina did my pedicure which poor thing I haven’t had one forever lol and nonetheless she was so sweet and exceeded my expectations. Thank you both and will see you soon."
