"Words can not express how strongly I dislike this office. What is great about it: orthodontic assistants are lovely and friendly people. It is a clean establishment and the orthodontic work is okay. Everything else about this place does not make up for the expensive price tag of orthodontic treatment. I have been a patient for over 2 years. Every time I come in on time, I wait for over 30-50 minutes in the chair waiting for a simple adjustment that takes 5 minutes to complete. With that amount of time I could drive anywhere else for better treatment. At my last appointment I waited over an hour, and the patients that arrived before me got treated first. This is a recurring theme. Kavanagh is ageist and only treats adults with kindness. If you have a kid that's getting braces and you attend every appointment, then he will be your best friend. But if you go alone, expect to wait 30 minutes minimum for treatment while you get skipped for newer patients. And don't expect him to be nice to you or give you an accurate time frame. He told me I'd be getting my braces off "in December" a year ago. I guess I should of asked him what year. I wear my rubber bands around 90% of the time and get nothing out of it in return. Very close to switching to another office that will treat their customers with respect, not like a transaction."

"I had to wait for 1 and a half hour before being taken in. They said it was only hoing to be a 20 minute wait but I ended up waiting in the scan room as well. Otherswise great place. Some of my relatives also had to wait for a ridiculously long time before their appointments."

"Dr. Kavanagh has treated all of my 3 children. Starting with my oldest in 2007, and now my youngest now in 2018. Excellent orthodontist, excellent staff!"
