"My appointment was at 9am and they schedule three other clients same time they were taken back immediately. I waited 25 min to be seen. The doctor saw me for 5 min, she also didn't have my information pulled up she had someone else's information pulled up which is a violation of hippa since she was calling me that patients name and brought up some of their history. I waited another 20 min for the receptionist to come to tell me my cost after the doctor left. After she told me I needed to come back for my fill and clean since they were busy, what was the point of making my scheduled appointment to come back another day. Receptionist kept telling me Saturday's are busy, I understand how busy a doctors office can get but if you don't have the appropriate staff why are you overbooking when you can't even finish one client."
