"Put off getting a haircut after 6 months. Stopped in here and Monica immediately got me in her chair for a fresh look. The store was super clean, Monica was really friendly and engaging. The Wife and I just moved to Irvine a week ago. This is where I'll be going from now on and I'll keep letting Monica cut my hair. I've gotten several compliments since she cut it. THANK YOU,Monica."

"We used to go to supercut to get our hair cut but this store is the worst store I've ever seen. Few months ago, my wife was taken care by a lady called MARIA cause I saw her name on the receipt. My wife showed her a picture in her phone, so that there's no misunderstanding, and she said "I would like this hair style". After that she start to cut until it was very short and nothing to do with the picture that we showed. She also asked for brushing, but that was horrible, and very dry because the lady didn't put enough cream on her hair. She just said that my wife need to use a product for treatment. The lady looks old and sick at this time . Next, it's for my daughter's turn. She is 6 years old and the same that we did with my wife. We showed a picture to a lady who called LUCIA, and she start to cut it. She just finished in just 5 minutes and she just but a small clip like a butterfly or something in her hair. They asked us $95 for all of that. We were very disappointed and furious but it's ok. Keep your $95 because you can't go far away with that all our sadness"

"Going to this Supercuts for many years. I goes on a week day so that the crowds is less. They do the hair cut’s pretty fast. Sometime it is not that great after the cut. But looks good after a few days."

"The hustle and bustle of life leaves you stress and you just need to unwind. Some people get pedicures, massages, workout or grab a drink. I enjoy all of this. Though I like to suggest getting your hair shampooed to the list. There’s something so relaxing about allowing someone to comb and clean your hair. Graciela was helpful enough to wash my hair and trim the dead ends off. She suggested the products used but didn’t try to force me to buy products. I definitely felt better and clean and was able to go shopping at Albertsons right after. Thanks Graciela."
